Total mcg in vial = 10 mg x 1000 = 10,000 mcg
Concentration = 10,000 mcg / 2 mL = 5,000 mcg/mL
Dose volume = 1750 mcg / 5,000 mcg/mL = 0.3500 mL
Units to draw = 0.3500 mL x 100 units/mL = 35 units
Doses per vial = 10,000 mcg / 1750 mcg = 5.71 doses
