Create a free accountIpamorelin is a selective growth hormone secretagogue and ghrelin receptor agonist. It is not FDA-approved for any indication; a Phase 2 trial for postoperative ileus (Beck et al., 2014) failed to meet its primary endpoint and the sponsor (Helsinn/Nycomed) discontinued development. In the research literature it is valued for selective GH release with minimal impact on cortisol or prolactin. Community/compounding protocols typically combine it with CJC-1295 (no DAC) for synergistic GH elevation. Do not combine with MK-677 or CJC-1295 DAC. The 100-300 mcg range is community practice, not clinically validated for anti-aging use.
