Total mcg in vial = 5 mg x 1000 = 5,000 mcg
Concentration = 5,000 mcg / 2 mL = 2,500 mcg/mL
Dose volume = 100 mcg / 2,500 mcg/mL = 0.0400 mL
Units to draw = 0.0400 mL x 100 units/mL = 4 units
Doses per vial = 5,000 mcg / 100 mcg = 50 doses

Create a free accountCJC-1295 (no DAC), also known as Modified GRF(1-29), is a synthetic tetrasubstituted GHRH(1-29) analog that stimulates pulsatile growth hormone release with a short (~30 min) half-life. It is not FDA-approved, and the 100–300 mcg range reflects compounding/community practice rather than clinically validated dosing. The distinct CJC-1295 with DAC form is a different molecule — it adds a maleimidopropionyl-lysine that covalently binds serum albumin, extending half-life to 6–8 days, and is dosed ~1–2 mg once weekly; ConjuChem halted its Phase 2 development around 2006–2007 after a participant death in an HIV-lipodystrophy trial (judged most likely unrelated to the drug but the program was not resumed). The no-DAC form is typically combined with Ipamorelin (200–300 mcg) in a single injection for synergistic GH elevation. Do NOT combine with CJC-1295 DAC — these are mutually exclusive protocols.
