Disclosed Labs is an independent information and price-comparison platform for peptides and related research compounds. Our services include aggregating and republishing Certificates of Analysis (“COAs”), computing and publishing vendor and laboratory trust scores, comparing third-party vendor prices, and providing a tool for scanning COAs. Disclosed Labs is not a healthcare provider, medical practice, laboratory, pharmacy, or vendor. All content and tools are provided for informational and educational purposes only.
Disclosed Labs does not sell, distribute, broker, ship, or take title to any peptide, research compound, or other product. We do not facilitate any transaction. Where the Site links to a third-party vendor, any purchase, payment, or shipment is solely a transaction between you and that third-party vendor. We are not a party to it, do not control it, and disclaim all liability arising from products offered, sold, or shipped by any listed vendor. Nothing on this Site constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We do not prescribe, recommend, or direct the use of any substance, dose, or protocol. Compounds discussed on the Site are generally not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for human use and are sold by third parties as research chemicals. Always consult a qualified, licensed healthcare professional before making any health-related decision. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and assume all associated risk.
Our trust scores, letter grades, verification multipliers, forgery and anomaly flags, lab-credibility metrics, and similar outputs are statements of opinion based on the data available to us at a given time and on the methodology we publish. They are not statements of fact about, and should not be read as definitive conclusions regarding, any vendor’s or laboratory’s honesty, legality, quality, or business practices. The underlying COAs and price data are third-party content that we do not author and do not warrant. Data may be incomplete, out of date, or inaccurate, and scores may change as data changes. You should independently verify any information before relying on it. Vendors and laboratories may contest or request correction of data about them by contacting [email protected].
Disclosed Labs is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or acting as an agent of any vendor, laboratory, pharmacy, prescriber, or brand referenced on the Site. All trademarks, trade names, and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and commentary (nominative use) only.
The Site lets vendors, laboratories, and users submit content, including COAs and other documents (“Submitted Content”). By submitting content you represent that you have the right to share it and grant Disclosed Labs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, process, analyze, and publicly display it and analysis of it in connection with the Site. Submitted Content is third-party content; Disclosed Labs does not author it and does not warrant its accuracy, authenticity, or completeness. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. We do not store your payment card information. All prices are in USD. Subscriptions renew until canceled; you may cancel at any time from your account, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
Our COA scanner and other automated or AI-assisted analyses provide pattern-based assessments of documents and publicly accessible content. Their output is generated automatically, is for informational purposes only, and is not a legal opinion, regulatory determination, laboratory result, or statement of fact about any party. Results may contain false positives, false negatives, or other errors.
The Site, its data, trust scores, COAs, price information, and tools are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the information is accurate, current, or complete.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Disclosed Labs and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any damages arising from:
Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid Disclosed Labs in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) US $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Disclosed Labs, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the platform, your Submitted Content, your reliance on any information or tool, or your violation of these Terms.
Except for third-party and Submitted Content, all content on this Site — including methodology descriptions, editorial content, and site design — is the property of Disclosed Labs. You may share links to pages. You may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute our proprietary content for commercial purposes without permission.
Please read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, seated in Utah, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court or seek injunctive relief for intellectual property or unauthorized-access claims. You and Disclosed Labs agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing [email protected] within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Subject to the arbitration provision above, any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Utah.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Site.
