1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using disclosedlabs.com (“the Site”), creating an account, or purchasing products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Research Use Only

All products sold on this Site are intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory research, educational, or analytical purposes only. They are not for human or animal consumption. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. They have not been approved by the FDA.

By purchasing products, you represent and warrant that you will use them solely for lawful research purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site or purchase products. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Products and Testing

Disclosed Labs provides independent testing and verification of peptide batches sourced from third-party suppliers nominated by the community. Test results represent the specific samples tested under specific conditions at the time of testing. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, results are provided “as is” and we do not guarantee that every vial in a batch is identical to the tested samples.

We test for HPLC purity, identity (mass spectrometry), potency, endotoxin, and heavy metals at ISO 17025 accredited laboratories. All results — including failures — are published.

6. No Medical Claims

Nothing on this Site constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. We make no claims regarding the therapeutic efficacy of any product. All information is provided for research reference only.

7. Orders and Payment

All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card information. All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion and issue a full refund.

8. Shipping and Returns

Due to the nature of research chemicals, all sales are final once shipped. We will replace or refund orders that are damaged in transit or materially different from the published test results. Contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return.

9. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that these products have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA for safety or efficacy. You assume all risk associated with the purchase, handling, storage, and use of these products.

10. Limitation of Liability

Disclosed Labs shall not be held liable for any damages — consequential, incidental, or otherwise — arising from the purchase, handling, or use of products purchased through this Site. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Disclosed Labs, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use or misuse of products or violation of these Terms.

12. Community Features

Supplier nominations and other community features are provided as-is. We reserve the right to remove nominations, suspend accounts, or modify community features at any time. Do not submit false, misleading, or spam nominations.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including test reports, methodology descriptions, batch data, and site design — is the property of Disclosed Labs. You may share links to batch pages and test results. You may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute our content for commercial purposes without permission.

14. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Site.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which Disclosed Labs is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
