Copyright & Takedown Policy

Disclosed Labs respects the intellectual property rights of others and responds to notices of alleged infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”, 17 U.S.C. § 512). Much of the content on the Site — including Certificates of Analysis (“COAs”) — is third-party content submitted by vendors, laboratories, or users, or collected from public sources. If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, or you are a vendor or laboratory who wants content about you removed or corrected, use the procedures below.

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

To file a takedown notice, send a written notice to our Designated Agent (below) that includes all of the following:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• Identification of the material you claim is infringing and enough information to locate it (e.g., the URL of the page or COA)
• Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf

3. Requesting Removal or Correction (Vendors & Labs)

If you are a vendor or laboratory and want a COA or other content about you removed or corrected — including a COA you believe is forged, mislabeled, or no longer accurate — email [email protected] with the page URL and the reason for your request. If you uploaded the content through a vendor account, you can also withdraw it directly from your vendor dashboard. We review removal and correction requests promptly and will update or take down content where appropriate.

4. Counter-Notice

If your content was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to our Designated Agent that includes your signature; identification of the removed material and its prior location; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your name, address, telephone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if outside the U.S., for any district in which Disclosed Labs may be found).

5. Repeat Infringers

We may, in appropriate circumstances, disable or terminate the accounts of users or vendors who are repeat infringers.
