CJC-1295 (no DAC / Modified GRF 1-29) acts on the GHRH receptor; Ipamorelin is a selective ghrelin-receptor agonist that does not meaningfully elevate cortisol or prolactin. GHRH + GHRP synergy for amplifying pulsatile GH release is an established pharmacological concept in studies of other pairs, but this specific combination has NOT been tested in a controlled human efficacy trial — the blend is not clinically validated.
