Total mcg in vial = 5 mg x 1000 = 5,000 mcg
Concentration = 5,000 mcg / 2 mL = 2,500 mcg/mL
Dose volume = 200000 mcg / 2,500 mcg/mL = 80.0000 mL
Units to draw = 80.0000 mL x 100 units/mL = 8,000 units
Doses per vial = 5,000 mcg / 200000 mcg = 0.03 doses

Create a free accountGlutathione is an endogenous tripeptide (gamma-L-glutamyl-L-cysteinyl-glycine) that serves as the principal intracellular antioxidant in mammalian cells. It is not FDA-approved as a drug in the US; parenteral glutathione is used off-label (and in some compounding settings) for oxidative stress, hepatic support, and — controversially — skin lightening. The FDA has warned against injectable glutathione for skin lightening (2019) due to reports of serious adverse events.
