About Kisspeptin-10

Kisspeptin-10 (KP-10) is the 10-amino-acid C-terminal fragment of kisspeptin (the KISS1 gene product, also called metastin) that retains full biological activity. It is an investigational signaling peptide that sits at the top of the reproductive axis and is studied for fertility, hypogonadism, and as a diagnostic challenge. It is not FDA-approved.

How to Reconstitute Kisspeptin-10

Gather your 5mg vial of Kisspeptin-10, bacteriostatic water, alcohol swabs, and an insulin syringe.
Swab the tops of both the peptide vial and the BAC water vial with alcohol.
Draw 2mL of bacteriostatic water into your syringe.
Inject the water slowly into the peptide vial, aiming the stream at the glass wall rather than directly onto the powder.
Gently swirl (do not shake) the vial until the powder is fully dissolved. The solution should be clear.
