Check formulation: Lyophilized powder requires reconstitution before use. Pre-mixed solutions are more convenient but may have a shorter shelf life and higher prices.
Compare per-mg cost: Different strengths and quantities make direct price comparison difficult. Calculate the per-milligram cost to find the true best value.
Verify COAs: Look for vendors that publish per-batch Certificates of Analysis from named, accredited labs. Every vendor on this page is verified for endotoxin testing — not just HPLC purity.
Thymosin beta-4 research spans cardiac repair, dermal wound healing, corneal repair, and neurological recovery. Goldstein et al. published foundational work on TB4's role in wound healing in the Annals of the New York Academy of Sciences. A 2012 study in the Journal of Investigative Dermatology demonstrated accelerated dermal wound healing in animal models. Cardiac research by Bock-Marquette et al. (Nature, 2004) showed TB4 promoted survival of cardiomyocytes and reduced scar formation post-myocardial infarction. Corneal healing studies have demonstrated accelerated epithelial recovery. Phase II clinical trials for TB4 in pressure ulcers and cardiac repair have been conducted with mixed results, though the safety profile has been favorable.
