GHK-Cu
Glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine Copper
GHK-Cu is a naturally occurring copper-binding tripeptide present in human plasma, saliva, and urine. It has been researched extensively for wound healing, collagen and glycosaminoglycan synthesis, stem cell proliferation, and hair follicle activation. Research dosing is typically 100–300mcg daily either subcutaneously or topically in 8–12 week cycles. Because GHK chelates copper, researchers monitor serum copper, ceruloplasmin, and ferritin to catch any dysregulation — and often track skin biopsy or imaging markers for dermatology research.
