We publish every dispute and forgery flag we surface. That’s what independent means. Each entry below is a COA the issuing lab disputed, or one that triggered a forgery signal (lot collision across vendors, perceptual-hash match, suspiciously narrow lab variance, or a claim-not-tested mismatch).

Failures and disputes are negative signals on vendor trust scores. Surfacing them is how the trust index stays honest.
